Our client, a unique professional services organisation are looking for an experienced
Team Manager to join their Corporate Client Relationship team.


As a
Team Manager you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing a team of 10 Customer Service Representatives.

Working within this multi-channel team your key responsibilities will include:


  • Management of the teams resources and daily workflow.
  • Leading and motivating the team, managing performance with regular 121's.
  • Creating an environment of continuous improvement and working with the team to deliver customer excellence.
  • Developing positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
Previous Team Management is essential, as is a background working in a multi-functional team environment


You will also need:

  • Strong Workflow management skills
  • A confident, positive communication style.
  • A solution driven, proactive approach to all tasks.


Core working hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and our client offer a hybrid working environment allowing you to spend part of your time working from home.
