BellCornwall Recruitment is pleased to be working with a well-renowned Property Management company looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join them in a roving capacity

While the role involves travel, a car allowance is provided to support this


Roving Facilities Manager Responsibilities:

  • Regular reporting on all properties in the portfolio
  • Travelling to sites and measuring health and safety, property condition, service delivery, as well as liaising with staff and tenants
  • Manage the focus for onsite training and development for staff
  • Review of all compliance, including risk assessments
  • Previous experience working as a Facilities Manager for at least two years with multiple site coverage
  • Commercial awareness, especially in regard to landlord and tenant relationships
  • Ideally NEBOSH or equivalent certification
  • Ability to effectively manage a team including performance and appraisal responsibility
