ORX is hiring a 9-month Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support a range of activities in the Marketing & Communications Team.

ORX helps the global financial services industry measure and manage operational risk more effectively. Our community work together, sharing knowledge, expertise and data to advance risk management at their organisation. We are owned by our members and are a not-for-profit organisation.


Main responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating the ORX website and internal intranet site to a high standard, diarising when changes need to be made as well as responding to requests from staff to make updates
  • Setting up new ORX projects and events within our CRM platform (HubSpot), ensuring all background technical work is completed around creating automation workflows, dashboards, sign up registration forms etc
  • Managing support queries triage both from internal staff and customers, ensuring fast and accurate turnaround of information and maintaining template responses
  • Ensuring general contact record hygiene in our CRM platform, such as managing duplicate records and checking reporting dashboards for anomalies

Skills and Experience To Set You Apart

  • 1+ year(s)' experience in a similar role
  • A good knowledge of Word and other Microsoft Office programmes
  • Experience of working with teams and individuals to communicate
  • A good understanding of plain English
  • Excellent allround communication skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated and highly organised
  • A good knowledge of a CRM platform (preferably HubSpot)
  • Excellent copywriting skills (desirable)
