We are working exclusively with a multi discipline property business that are looking for an experienced Senior Block Manager or Team Leader to join the business as the Head of Block Management.

They manage stock in and around the Essex area and some further afield in Greater London, so an applicant with good transports links to these areas would be held in good stead.

You will be expected to maintain and develop the company's already impressive reputation, ensuring that their client base remains loyal and that their portfolio continues to grow.

In addition to these exciting responsibilities, you will have the support of a talented and dedicated team who share the same vision and passion for the industry.

This will provide you with the opportunity to work collaboratively, sharing knowledge and experiences, and creating a positive work environment.

With no portfolio management responsibilities, you will ultimately have the opportunity to take a more operational stance, streamline processes and support your team.

The company places a strong emphasis on building outstanding relationships with clients and colleagues, and as such, they are looking for someone who enjoys doing just that.

This role will entail:

Team Management as outlined above
Recruitment for new team members
New business pitching and onboarding as well as driving forward growth.
Being a point of escalation for team members
Attending management meetings with the leaders of the business
Keeping up to date with industry legislation so that you are best positioned to advise your team.
Monitoring KPIs as well as profitability.

What is required

AIRPM or MIRPM qualifications
5 years industry experience
Experience managing a team is ideal
Service driven
Well presented
