What will you do in the role?

  • To carry out tenancy enforcement action as required related to rent arrears, antisocial behaviour and other tenancy breaches as required.
  • To work with operational colleagues to ensure that properties are maintained to a good standard and that we meet any legal obligations in this regard and to manage improvement contracts within agreed procedures.
  • To work with colleagues to manage the lettings process to enable the development of stable living situations and minimise void loss.
