Job Description:

Please note, this role be based 3 days in our Manchester office.


As the Product Lead, you're here to expand the potential of our digital business, supporting the delivery of the product vision and strategic roadmap as we move to a MACH architecture.

Joining the business at a time of significant growth and investment in Digital, the opportunity to be part of this digital transformation is huge.


  • Define the strategic vision for your team and create the product roadmap.
  • Define epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that customer, business and technology needs are understood.
  • Manage the prioritisation and refinement of items in the product backlog, maximising value delivery.
  • Establish success metrics and ensure that the team are aligned through OKRs.
  • Work collaboratively with key colleagues including UX, Optimisation, Delivery and others in support of the successful delivery of your products.

Qualifications:


  • Demonstrable experience delivering best in class products within a largescale ecommerce organisation essential
  • In depth knowledge of agile process and principles
  • Well versed in managing product lifecycle
  • Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to communicate product strategy to the team
  • Highly analytical, able to make quick decisions
  • Exposure to MACH is not essential but highly advantageous
  • Certified scrum product owner highly desirable
  • Proactive selfstarter, task focused and organised
