Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Aiding in the processing of accounts payable invoices as instructed.
- Ensuring the prompt submission of accounts payable invoices to the Head Office.
- Supporting the processing of sales invoices for all departments as directed.
- Verifying the receipt of purchase order number requests from clients.
- Coordinating clientspecific Periodic invoicing as instructed.
- Providing administrating assistance to all departments upon request.
- Creating and maintaining clientspecific reports using Excel upon request.
- Assisting in successfully concluding the financial month end.
- Coordinating the compilation of proof of export records for specific clients.
