Marketing Manager

Milton Keynes

Full time office based

£30,000 - £40,000

Our client is an award-winning recruitment agency that specialises in the placement of high calibre healthcare professionals supporting the NHS and Private sector.

Due to rapid growth, they have brand new and exciting opportunity to appoint a Marketing Manager to develop and maintain marketing strategies to meet the agreed company objectives.

You will also be responsible for evaluating customer research, market conditions,and competitor data and implementing marketing plan alterations as needed.

You will need

Minimum of 12 months' marketing experience
Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (DipM) would be advantageous
Experience working with a Recruitment or Medical/healthcare company would be advantageous but not essential
Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives
Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities

What will you be doing

Responsible for the marketing of all company services
Know and understand all social media platforms
Brand and campaign management
Demonstrate technical marketing skills
Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department
Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget
To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution
To conduct market research to identify market requirements for current and future services
To develop and implement a companywide plan to push services, working with all departments for its execution
To analyse potential strategic partner relationships
Talent attraction
Website management
Event planning & tracking success
