Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for Call Centre staff for our clients based in Birmingham. This position will involve working every other weekend, when that's the case you will have days off in the week when working the weekend

Call Centre staff responsibilities:
Answering calls from customers with queries about their deliveries.

Answering calls from their own drivers about road closures or missing items or disputes.

£ £11.50 PH

Schedule:
09:00am - 17:00pm

Call Centre Staff requirements:
Call centre experience

Customer service experience

Good knowledge of Microsoft

Basic computer skills

Must be well spoken
