We are looking for a Cook to work in the school kitchen at Glinton Primary School Glinton, Peterborough. Hours of work are 9.00am to 2.00 pm Monday to Friday Term Time Only. Previous experience in catering is essential. We would particularly welcome applicants with previous school meal experience

This job is perfect for anyone who would like to work during the school day without the need to work during the school holidays.

Duties include food preparation, serving lunches to children, placing food orders, following a set menu and following a recipe specification.

Maintaining high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area is also a vital part of this job.

If you are well motivated, quick to learn, able to use your initiative and have a passion for delivering an excellent level of customer service we would be delighted to hear from you.
