As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to various projects and programmes, ensuring their smooth and efficient delivery.

You will work closely with project managers, senior executives, and other stakeholders, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.


You will be responsible for following areas:

Coordinate & assist with the following outputs across all teams and sub teams, including but not limited to the following coordination functions:

  • Working Group Events & Summits
  • Training Events Administrative Support
  • Stage Gate Project Handovers coordination
Admin support across

  • Budget admin support
  • Contract admin support
  • Purchase admin support
  • Invoicing admin support
- data / info collation for internal reporting.

Bench reviews & bench expansion - admin support


Coordinate and deliver the following administrative functions across all functions directed teams and sub teams, including but not limited to the following functions:

  • Assist with on-board new members of the team
  • Manage monthly communications and newsletter
  • Support Tool maintenance, version control and access
  • Team Directory
  • Team Calendar, & Groups etc
  • Program Folder & File management
  • Weekly FTE Meetings
  • Weekly FTE Action Item Trackers
  • Weekly All Teams Meeting
  • Dashboards

Qualifications
Essential criteria

  • Relevant qualification in business administration, project management, or a related field
  • At least two years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a consultancy or professional services environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders
  • A proactive, flexible, and problemsolving attitude, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • A keen interest in learning and developing new skills and knowledge
Desirable

  • Experience of working on projects or programmes in the construction, infrastructure, or natural resources sectors
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
