Description

Are you an experienced support worker who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people? We're looking for a part-time children and young people support worker to join our team in St Helens.

As a support worker, you'll play a key role in providing care and support to children and young people who need it most.

Your experience working with challenging behaviour will be an advantage, as you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the young people in your care, while helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.

This is a part-time position, with 24 hours per week available, during night shifts, which allows for flexibility during the day.

You will be expected to have experience in supporting children and young people, and knowledge of safeguarding procedures. In addition, experience in working with challenging behaviour would be advantageous.

We will provide comprehensive training, but relevant qualifications in childcare, youth work or health and social care would be advantageous.
