Our client is currently seeking a Head Concierge to join the team at a luxury residential development in East London.

This is a Monday to Friday position working 40 hours per week.

Position:

Head Concierge/Front of House Manager

Salary:

£30-35,000 per annum

Location:

East London

Working Hours:

Mon-Fri, 40hrs per week

Key Responsibilities:

The Line Management of 24 hour concierge and site staff team.
Arrangement of Concierge rotas
The hire of temporary staff for planned and emergency bookings
Conduct monthly meetings with the team.
Supervise the concierge reception and ensure the desk is clear and tidy.
Arrange general and bespoke training
Customer Service greet residents/visitors, answer telephone calls in a customised and professional manner.
Review the Daily Record of information as a matter of priority upon commencement of shifts
Discuss the reported DOR incidents and actions with the Development Manager
Produce and update the bespoke Concierge Handbook
Regular review of correspondence from concierge staff to ascertain professionalism and high standard of communication to all key stakeholders.
Key tagging and logging on system, residents keys returned to the correct hooks in the cabinet and register signed.
Monitor estate contractors at reception no sitting on sofas, registration upon arrival.
Supervise the daily parcel logging arrangements and couriers delivery of parcels
Discuss estate issues and incidents e.g. antisocial behaviour with the estate team, in advance, of residents' complaints
Assist and support the Manager with ad hoc duties and tasks.
Any other duties delegated and instructed by the Manager

Excellent opportunity for somebody looking for an opportunity to progress within the luxury residential estate management sector. Previous experience working in luxury residential buildings or high-end hotels is essential.
