Overall Purpose:

This role involves working with innovative and challenging clients and Internal Business Units.

The purpose of the role is to service the needs of the client throughout the length of an engagement, and to act as a liaison among the internal departments to gather and communicate all relevant facts required to manage various digital projects and deliver on the client's needs.

This is a remote/working from home role but periodic travel to our Head Office in York, UK is required.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Manage and nurture client and agency partnerships (involving SEO, PPC, Content & social components) in order to build and sustain strong relationships with them
  • Demonstrate a very good understanding of your clients and their business strategies and goals
  • Communicate regularly with your clients on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, and other followup items
  • Share knowledge of the client and their objectives with fellow team members to ensure the most appropriate solutions are identified on an ongoing basis
  • Brief agency colleagues, and work with them to plan and implement the best advertising solutions for the client
  • Identify upselling opportunities and expand the services offered, always maintaining a commercial focus, both from a Webcertain and a client perspective
  • Create proposals for existing and new clients
  • Undertake daily project management tasks
  • Develop project plans to track progress
  • Address clients' needs and respond to clients' requests as they arise
  • Understand, adhere to and work towards client KPI's and objectives at all times, ensuring client profitability through awareness of incoming revenues
  • Use various tools to track and report on progress for metrics against objectives to clients
  • Meet assigned financial targets and strategic objectives
  • Management of the commercial element, including invoicing and budget management
  • Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with Internal Processes and Procedures
  • Deliver client forecasting on time
  • Ensure invoicing is carried out in line with Account Management service standards

Skills and attributes required:


Essential:


  • Ability to fluently write and speak in English as well as a European language
  • Strong customer service and client management skills
  • Previous experience in digital marketing
  • Proven project management experience: the ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Strong speaking and presentation skills
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Selflearning skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise own workload under pressure
  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines

  • Working to client budgets, ensuring accurate quoting and invoicing

  • Experience in an agency environment
