We provide our advice and service through Attivo Financial Planning, one of the very few Independent, Chartered, Occupational Pension Specialist, financial planning firms in the UK.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop a digital marketing plan to support delivery of the business and brand objectives that is aligned to the overall strategic marketing plan.
  • Deliver digital marketing campaigns on time, on brand and on budget
  • Lead on Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to report on performance and deliver insight to improve the customer experience and generate more sales.
  • Manage a team of external consultants or agencies to maximise performance of paid digital marketing channels such as Google search and social media and to manage the budget for these areas.
  • Develop and execute a Search Engine Optimisation plan to improve the visibility of our brands and organic traffic to our website.
  • Take ownership of sourcing, capturing, and using potential customer data for marketing purposes to generate leads and sales
  • Report weekly and monthly on performance against KPI's for Website, PPC, SEO, and Social media in a clear, visual, dashboard with recommended actions

Qualifications, skills and experience

  • At least 3 years' experience working in similar roles
  • Evidence of having built a digital marketing plan and executed it with tangible, positive, results for a business.
  • Experience in Search Engine Optimisation, with Google analytics (including GA4 transition) and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience in managing Google and Social media advertising, either internally or via external suppliers
  • Experienced in the use of Marketing CRM software.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to write wellarticulated documents
  • Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy

Salary and benefits
Between £30,000 to £40,000 depending on qualifications and experience
