Description
We are looking for a part-time Administrator who will have a wide and varied role:

  • Receiving and processing of customers' orders
  • Picking and packing those orders to prepare for delivery
  • Making and receiving phone calls to assist with customer queries
  • Maintain and update computerised records
  • Raising quotations
  • Accepting and checking in supplier deliveries and unpacking items onto shelves
  • Making and answering telephone calls
  • Advising on Service offerings
  • Taking bookings for service engineers and ordering required parts
  • Placing orders with suppliers for goods


We are looking for a team player, with a high level of attention to detail, who is a good all-rounder and is prepared to get involved in shaping and organising the business.


The person we are looking for will:

  • Have the ability to work as part of a team and to adhere to strict deadlines
  • Be confident in speaking with customers,
  • Be methodical in their approach
  • Be proficient with MS Office software
  • Have an understanding of accounting systems, as the job involves an element of credit control. Experience of Xero would be beneficial.
  • Experience of stock control systems would be considered advantageous but not essential.

Experience:


  • Sales Administration 1 year (preferred)
Hours: 9.30 to 2.30 (Monday to Friday)


Salary:
from £9.50 per hour

Additional hours may be available as the job role expands.
