    About the Role

    The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, supporting campaigns, and optimising social media to drive results. Key responsibilities include:

    • Developing and delivering creative social media content, including filming, editing, and presentation
    • Ensuring all content is published accurately and on schedule, with full attention to quality control
    • Planning and implementing campaigns with correct setup, targeting, tracking, and creative specifications
    • Maintaining campaign performance and resolving issues promptly
    • Using analytics tools to track performance and extract insights
    • Producing accurate and insightful reporting aligned with performance objectives and OKRs
    • Leading influencer outreach and collaborations, measuring impact and enhancing brand presence
    • Encouraging audience interaction to boost engagement, loyalty, and bookings

    • Managing frontline social media communications and competitions, coordinating with internal teams as needed

    Experience Required

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • A strong interest in social media and a clear understanding of its value to brands
    • Proven experience in a similar role within a b2c industry
    • Skills in community engagement, idea generation, content creation, copywriting, and reporting
    • High organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
    • A team player with the ability to inspire and collaborate effectively with others
