The Nuffield Health Hereford Hospital is located in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside and sits just half a mile north of Hereford City Centre.
We offer a vast range of first-class medical and surgical services performed by a a team if expert consultants.
The Ward consists of 20 inpatient beds, 3 day surgery unit beds and a busy ACU with the majority of patients receiving elective Surgical procedures.
We cater for both inpatient and day case surgery, providing a broad range of surgical specialties including: Endoscopy, ENT, General Surgery, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Plastics, Urology, Vascular and more.
Working with leading consultants, Hereford hospital prevents and treats many medical conditions and offers a wide range of complex surgery and services.

As our Customer Services Advisor you will:
Handle customer enquiries (both via telephone and website), supplying customers with information about the services offered at the hospital
To support the definition, development, communication and implementation of business development and marketing plans & activities (arrange consultant lead patient open events etc.)
Ensure all customer interaction is undertaken in a timely manor
Log enquiries on the Hospital CRM and oversee the customer journey
Provide customers with information regarding Hospital services and treatments ensuring all requirements/queries are dealt with effectively
The person
To succeed as a Customer Services Advisor, you will need:
Excellent customer service skills
Proven experience in customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and a good level of IT literacy
Good organisational skills
Key information about the role.
Working hours will be 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 with additional evenings when required however ample notice would be given.
