Job description

Actaris is looking for a Head of Event Operations in HA8 area of London. This is an exciting position, no day will be the same.

Duties:

As Head of Event Operations duties will include:

You will be responsible for looking after all 13 venue spaces.
Ensuring they are maintained, fixed, and cleaned by the appropriate staff or contractors is essential.
Overseeing the smooth and procedurally correct running of all events using event supervisors.
Ensuring event supervisors are fully trained to look after events, manage them, and oversee them and the events.

Work Pattern:

Monday to Saturday with Wednesday and Sunday off.
Sunday switches to Tuesday if there is an event.

Salary:

£35,000
