A fantastic opportunity to join this rapidly expanding company based on the outskirts of Huddersfield.
This British manufacturing and distribution company supply their environmental products to a wide range of clients such as luxury hotels, both independentand chains and high net worth individuals.
As they continue to expand their team they are seeking an Account Manager to enable the MD and Sales Director to further expand their successful business.
You will be responsible for;- Retain and grow a portfolio of nearly 400 accounts offering value to your customers which in turn will increase revenue as a result
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your customers, responding quickly to their requests
- Having strong negotiation skills as it relates to upselling and cross selling your product range
- Being detail orientated and organised
- Having a great telephone manner, strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport with your customers
- Support the MD and Sales Director as they target new business
You'll have experience of Account Management ideally, you'll definitely need to demonstrate the ability to be self-driven and posses excellent communication skills.
Whilst there is no cold calling you'll be expected to pick up the telephone and engage withyour customers and identify new opportunities to grow your business/revenue.
Basic to £28,000 with commission on top OTE £32k-£35k (no cap however).
