More about your role


As Senior Brand Manager you will be responsible for ensuring a consistent execution across the group, delivering strong commercial performance and brand health scores.


You will be responsible for the development of the Places for People brand strategy & proposition, creating a strategic brand framework that reimagines Places for People as a compelling & trusted brand across various audiences - supporting our vision of being the UKs leading Social Enterprise.

You will report on Brand Health, using metrics to track and report on any brand awareness trends, shifts and challenges with the Insight team and ensuring relevant outputs shape future activity

We are looking for applicants who are as passionate about building Communities as we are, and you will be able to take this passion and convert it into a successful brand strategy.


You will have strong leadership skills and the ability to positively influence teams, resulting in a happy and engaged colleague base.

You will have experience in developing consumer brand propositions that deliver increased awareness and commercial return.

Experience in creative and integrated campaign development is a must, with knowledge of using data, insights and market research to create and drive strategies.
