Salary

National ranging £40,600 - £45,000, and London from £44,900 - £50,000

What you will be doing

We support hybrid working which means you will be able to work from home up to 60% of the time over a month, with the remainder of your time in one of our three office locations.

Which skills are required?

Minimum- Prior experience in a role that has required strong organisational skills, with proven ability to manage a varied workload, ensuring actions are completed to a high standard in a timely manner- Prior experience in investigating and assessing information from a range of different sources- Prior experience in a role where a key component has been communicating complex information to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling way


Essential- Good knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry- Knowledge and understanding of the Regulatory environment in which financial services firms operate, including the FCA's approach to Authorising firms and individuals- Knowledge and understanding of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR)- A good team player who demonstrates an inclusive approach, and the ability to influence to deliver shared goals- Ability to maintain focus on achieving desired outcomes.

Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational skills, including proven ability to work under pressure on a diverse set of priorities, tasks and issues- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal oversight
