Warehouse Administrator

Wolverhampton, WV1 4JT

Permanent

40 hours per week on a 2 shift rotating pattern. Either 6am until 2pm or 2pm until 10pm on a Monday to Friday basis. Flexibility required to work outside of these times and cover other shifts to suit business needs.

- We are now recruiting for Warehouse Administrator to join us, Reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager, this role will be responsible for:

Key Accountabilities:

Work within a small team to ensure incoming and outgoing products are monitored efficiently.
Understand the delivery process and product demand.
Monitor incoming mails for stock changes.
Manage stock movements between depots.
Process daily transfers and pick sheets for warehouse.
Create delivery and customer collect notes.
Manage customs and excise process.
Support Warehouse supervisors.

Experience and Key Attributes:

Be competent in MS Office.
Experience of using SAP is ideal but not essential.
Have sound numeracy and literacy ability with a special attention for detail.
Previous administration and warehouse experience is ideal.
Possess good initiative and work with the minimum of supervision.
Demonstrates an ability to work as part of a team.
First class communicator, comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels across the business.
