Operations Officer to ensure Manor Farm runs smoothly and safely.

  • This important position is responsible for all operational matters as expected of a medium sized farm attraction. This handson varied role covers routine inspections, compliance with corporate policy and localised procedures and ensures families, especially children, can enjoy the facilities in an engaging but safe way.
  • You will have a natural curiosity to identify ways to make things better, an ability to learn new systems and to know where to find information when needed. You will focus on continuous improvement with our internal processes while providing a structured and rewarding environment for colleagues.
  • To be successful you will need experience working within an operational environment and have a structured approach to work. Additionally, you will demonstrate how you have managed and motivated a team successfully. We will require you to work flexible hours, have a 'can do' attitude with an outgoing personality and have good attention to detail. This exciting position is a key part of the Manor Farm team, and you will help shape our future for generations to come.
