**Senior/Lead Developer
London (hybrid)**We are seeking a hands-on Senior/lead developer to join a reputable fintech banking as a service organisation. You will be responsible for mentoring and providing continuous improvement.

Working alongside peers, this role will embed and improve working practices,technical standards and help scale the delivery teams in line with organisational targets.


The right person for this role will have:

  • Similar and relevant professional experience
  • Expert technical skills working with the Microsoft stack, including Azure, C#
  • Strong experience working with APIs
  • Experience in building scalable and efficient software solutions
  • Strong experience in leading highperformance delivery team(s)
Up to £100k plus benefits
London, hybrid working
