Customer Service Advisor

Customer Patient Services Therapy Coordinator
We are recruiting on behalf of a market leading company within their industry.

They are looking for customer focused individuals to join a specialist customer service team offering a first-class service to customers/patients and healthcare professionals - doctors, nurses and specialist centres.


Working Hours:

-
Full Time - working 40 hours per week, including occasional Saturdays


We are looking for:


  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience working towards targets/ KPI's
  • Ability to pick up new skills/ systems quickly
  • Transferrable skills from hospitality, call centre, retails, administration etc.

Role:


  • To manage contact with patients to confirm order details and dates with patients
  • To deal with queries or questions in regard to processing a patient's orders
  • To ensure all patient notes and activities are accurately recorded on relevant I.T. system
  • To act as a point of contact for queries from hospitals, consultants, nurses, and where relevant specialist centres.
  • To demonstrate an understanding of the prescriptions, medication and treatments involved in each of the relevant therapy areas.
  • In relevant therapy areas, liaise with clients or relevant external parties to ensure relevant information or results are available before arranging delivery
  • Where relevant to therapy area arrange with nurse scheduler to arrange a home training visit.

From £24,000.00 per year
