Key Duties (Sample):
- Undertake a full range of planning enforcement work including the production of reports and witness statements and ensuring the legal position of the Council is protected.

Essential Experience Required:
Eligibility for membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute
- Thorough awareness of current planning issues and a working knowledge of relevant legislation
