Young Citizens is a national charity which, each year, works with a national network of educators, hundreds of volunteers and a range of donors and corporate supporters.

We believe that active citizenship should be an essential part of children and young people's education. Each year we work with thousands of schools to create practical, exciting experiences of 'citizenship in action'.

These range from young people taking part in Mock Trials in real courts, in front of real judges or facilitating barrister chambers and in-house legal teams partnering with a local school to help young people understand the UK legal system and to increase their access to the legal profession.


Our corporate partners help us reach more young people across the UK and we work with them in a variety of ways:

  • Bespoke Projects aligning with corporate citizenship goals
  • Sponsorship or Charity of the Year opportunities creating staff engagement and fundraising


The
Corporate Partnerships Coordinator role is fundamental to our charity, working with corporate partners, helping ensure smooth processes for existing and new business, fundraising, securing schools and delivering workshops.

It's a varied and rewarding position where attention to detail, relationship management and confident delivery will be vital to its success.

The main duties and responsibilities include:

  • _Coordinate the day-to-day _
    service delivery of existing corporate and school relationships _(Legal, Economic and Media Experts in Schools) and monitor performance against income targets._
- _Work with the Education and Programmes teams to _
develop and implement plans to build strategic networks _leading to the creation of new initiatives._
- _Coordinate the _
delivery of the fundraising strategy and provide exemplary stewardship_ _with regular, timely communication to frequent and major donors._
- _
Organise and deliver Young Citizens Legal Workshops,_ _leading and facilitating educational workshops with legal professionals and students._
- _
Conceive and run initiatives to build the number of donors and supporters_ _(high-value and regular contributors) to Young Citizens e.g., appeals, producing content for donation pages, adventure challenges, etc._
- _To _
implement plans for the strategic expansion of our corporate partnerships_ _within existing and new sectors._
- _Provide _
exceptional customer service to donors and corporates _making full use of stakeholder feedback to improve partnership experience._


The ideal Corporate Partnerships Coordinator will have _experience of_
partnership workingeither within a charity, business, or education setting, _
Excellent written and oral communication_ _skills and an interest in_
corporate citizenshipand coordinating employee volunteering opportunities.

Salary:
£26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
