We have an opportunity for a Data Entry Administrator to join our busy Service Operations Renewals team at our Head Office in Maidenhead


You will be responsible for high volume data entry, liaising with internal teams to ensure correct information obtained, ad hoc administration duties, have excellent customer service skills & the ability to multitask and work to deadlines.

(Must be competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain data entry and database systems
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
  • Input, verify, and update data accurately and efficiently
  • Perform data analysis and generate reports as needed
  • Coordinate and support event planning activities
  • Transcribe and proofread documents as necessary

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as a medical receptionist, office clerk, or personal assistant, is preferred
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software for data entry and document management
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Note:
Experience in a medical office or dental receptionist role is a plus.

We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.


Job Types:

Salary:
Up to £27,000.00 per year
