What You'll Do:
We're looking for an
Enterprise Sales Director to join our team in
London
Nexxen is seeking a high performing Director, Enterprise Sales to successfully build and grow a book of business and be the key point of contact between strategic customers, partners and various departments within Nexxen.
As part of the Sales team you will be responsible for prospecting and driving business within these specific business units.
You will be responsible and accountable for revenue achievement; and building relationships externally as well as internally with your account management team in order to build and implement strategic account plans.
Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are.
- Work as an individual contributor to prospect and source new business opportunities and clients within a specified account list
- Own senior level relationships across Independent Agencies and Brands
- Respond to Inbound DSP Sales queries, as well as conduct outbound prospecting and full sales cycles, promoting Nexxen's selfserve platform
- Develop innovative concepts for new business presentations that maximize sales opportunities across all Nexxen's portfolio
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams (product, engineering, marketing) to develop and deliver innovative marketing solutions for our customers.
- Be accountable for account quota aligned with the growing existing book of business and track against quota by forecasting accurately at regular cadence
- Be the voice of the customer; articulating their needs in the right context internally and become a champion of understanding your customer's business needs and key initiatives
- Expand the base of customers within your designated agencies by driving new brand adoption
- Identify new digital trends and provide innovative solutions for Enterprise clients utilizing the Nexxen EndtoEnd product stack.
What Will I Bring?
- 8+ years of digital adtech sales experience, with a strong preference of selfserve (Saas) platform offering
- Proven track record partnering with customers at various levels (Csuite to daily POCs) at agencies and brands
- Demonstrate ability to gain customer trust, retain, and grow customer investment
- Experience upholding high meeting activity. Driven to maintain consistent and meaningful face time with your clientele
- Existing knowledge of programmatic space, insights, and data
- Senior level client relationship management
- Strong expertise of digital media and managing large advertising budgets
- Experience with account planning, forecasting, and prioritization
- Demonstrated ability to understand and be comfortable with technical product offerings
