MATtest Site Services Limited is a successful construction materials testing company, equipped and accredited (UKAS) to test and analyse a range of materials such as aggregate, bituminous, concrete and soil on construction sites.
We provide testing and consultancy to some of the UKs largest construction and civil engineering contractors.
We are currently looking for a Site/Trainee Technician to work with us contributing to our aim of continually improving our services and providing a professional, reliable and compliant service at all times.
Your role will be to carry out in-situ sampling and testing with the utmost accuracy and precision in accordance with the company's quality, procedures and health & safety systems as well as published technical specifications and standards.
You will be required to complete documentation in both electronic and paper formats. You will liaise with clients on site and will therefore require effective communication skills. You will be responsible for the upkeep, cleanliness, maintenance of your equipment and vehicle. Good time keeping is essential.We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual with material testing experience and positive attitude.
You must be able to work on your own initiative as well as working collaboratively as part of a team and seek opportunities within area of responsibility.
You must be capable of taking ownership and reporting the outcomes.A full valid driving license is essential. CSCS card preferable.
