A forward-thinking company with a strong culture and values, we require a dynamic and enthusiastic experienced full time, permanent Administrator to join our growing fire and security company.


Working as part of our growing team and reporting to the Director, the successful Administrator will be able to demonstrate the necessary skills and knowledge to fulfil the role in a thorough manner and possess a high level of attention to detail.


The position would suit a hardworking and committed individual who's looking to progress their career within a forward thinking and expanding company.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Raising and processing supplier invoices on Xero.
  • Compiling accurate cost information of inhouse works to substantiate invoices.
  • Leading on raising and issuing client invoices.
  • Production of daily timesheets and calculating overtime for engineering team; to aid the payroll process.
  • Data entry to Xero.
  • CRM system operation and processing and booking jobs for engineers
  • Project management admin & Safecontractor
  • Assisting and supporting the Director.
  • Producing custom reports.
  • Preparing supplier payment runs.
  • Filing.
  • General day to day running of the business admin

Skills and Experience:


  • Administrative experience, at least 3 years.
  • Ability to work conscientiously with a high level of concentration.
  • A keen eye for detail, quality and accuracy.
  • Demonstrate professionalism at all times.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Trustworthy, reliable and highly organised.
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to undertake all tasks required of the role.
  • Adapting to changes in procedures where applicable and being happy to step outside the specific job description role if and when required.
  • Selfmotivated and adaptable.
  • Excellent IT literacy, including Excel.
  • High quality communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Team player, who strives for excellence with a positive 'can do' attitude.
  • Experience of Xero would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£10.50-£12.50 per hour
