We are a successful Inventory company looking for an experienced clerk with an entrepreneurial spirit. This is an opportunity to further your career as a Property Inventory Clerk.

You will receive a percentage commission from each report's fee (averages £40 per booking) and will be able to work in a flexible fashion.
This position is currently part-time with an opportunity to become a full time position.
Salary:
£40.00-£200.00 per day
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out inventory checks for properties for let
- Carrying out checkouts at the end of tenancies
- Carrying out midterm inspections
- Key collection and return
- Compiling a comprehensive and detailed report of a property
Work experience:
Preferably 6-12 months as an inventory clerk or 3 years in the property industry.
All our clerks will complete a 7-10 day training programme (paid) before being sent to a property on their own.
Skills:
- Attention to detail
- High level of English
- IT literate (Word and Basic Excel) and have the use of a computer
- Be well presented and professional at all times
- Be organised and reliable
