Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, a well-established business, who are recruiting for a
HR Administrative Team Leader.

Based in Medway, Kent, the role is a permanent, hybrid opportunity consisting of2 days working from home and 3 days travel across 2 different sites.

**This role would really suit a HR Coordinator who is keen to develop their career and want to pursue gaining further CIPD qualifications.

The role - To manage, monitor, develop and review all HR & L&D transactional processes for the Department, covering the Single Central Record, the HR database, recruitment and selection and staff management, completing audits to ensure compliance as requiredand monitor MLPs, in order to enable the delivery of streamlined, efficient and accurate transactional processes for the department, delivering innovative and high quality systems and enhance the quality of service provided to the business by the department,

The HR Administrative Team Leader will be required to do the following tasks:

  • Responsible for the maintenance, management and quality assurance of the Single Central Record, managing and supervising the delivery of all DBS systems, process and procedures for the department for all across the business.
  • Managing recruitment and selection processes
  • Completing regular required DBS audits, training and updating staff of DBS processes
  • Review, monitor, maintain and develop the HR database
  • Manage a designated team of HR & L&D shared services staff
  • Assist with the provision and promotion of the Helpdesk support staff
  • Manage and be accountable for the quality of all transactional work across the department
  • Monitor, on a weekly basis, and report on a monthly basis, all team MLPs
  • Ensure all recruitment, vetting and on boarding processes are compliant
The successful
HR Administrative Team Leader should be able to demonstrate:

  • Ideally a CIPD qualification
  • Ideally people management skills
  • Have good awareness GDPR processes and procedures
  • Be a great people person
  • Carry good communication skills
  • Willingness to attend mandatory training sessions
