We have a fantastic opportunity for a Foreman (x3) to join our Team.
Based within the South West of England initially working on our schemes within the St Austell, Cornwall, we are looking for an experienced individual looking to take the next career step.

Role Responsibility:
Reporting to the Senior Works Manager, the Foreman will be responsible for the safe delivery of work sections and for ensuring that all company procedures and operational documentation is suitable and sufficient for the tasks undertaken.
- Providing health and safety leadership to operational delivery teams
- Ensuring that the Gangers and operational supervisors are organised and wellmotivated to safely meet the programme milestones
- Supporting the Operational supervisors to work safely in accordance with assessed construction risks and adherence with the control measures defined in Work Package Plans and Task Briefs
- Providing necessary support to enable the project environmental risks, objectives and targets are met
- Managing the working teams, operational supervisors and other assigned resources
- Upholding the core company values, inspiring and encouraging the same throughout the team
- Supporting the Senior Wks Manager / Agent in delivery of efficient and effective work (methodology) and effective management of plant and labour resources
- Ensuring the timely ordering and delivery of all plant and equipment appropriate for safe delivery of the works and is secured and maintained effectively
You will also be in possession of an SSSTS and have a relevant CSCS card.
