The Learning Tree Childcare are seeking x3 new apprentices to join their exceptional team, based in Isleworth, Middlesex, (TW7 5ED).


This position is ideal for a level 3 qualified practitioner who is looking to get their first exposure to management, with an award winning Nursery


The Learning Tree Childcare is a high quality 'Outstanding' rated setting with an excellent reputation in the area and highly regarded.

The setting operates from 8-6pm for 51 weeks of the year and closed on all weekends and bank holidays. We have a team of passionate and driven people focused entirely on providing the best for our children.


We are looking for more people to reflect that ethos and want to be part of our team in the long term.

Are you a SENCO or have experience with supporting children with speech and language difficulties?

Do you have experience of delivering small group times, bucket time, attention and listening?

You tell us what your area of expertise is in early years and we will carve out a role for the right person with the right ambition


All we ask is:

  • You must be working within an existing, quality early years setting or have a good level of previous experience.

You MUST have completed and be qualified in Level 3 Early years/ Child care.

(Including English and Maths GCSE's or equivalent)

  • You must love the outdoors, in all weathers, as that is what our children love, including being active.
  • You must be able to demonstrate a can do, hands on attitude, with a burning desire to learn.
  • You must have the ability to adapt to change, working in a busy environment with our experienced team.

Key Details of the role:


  • Working with infants aged 2, 3 and 4 years.
  • 40 Hours per week, (working hours will be between 8am6pm)
  • They have a school holiday club that any staff member working for the nursery will be able to take advantage of for free (worth approx. £1800 per year)
  • Daily tasks would be the same as a Early Years Educator but the existing room leaders, deputies etc will move aside to allow the apprentices exposure to managed tasks.
  • The Learning Tree are willing to invest their time and efforts into supporting apprentices with completing their Level 5 qualification, and should it work well they would look to offer a full time permanent position upon completion of the apprenticeship.

The Apprenticeship details:You will received support from both the employer (The Learning tree) and the training provider (LMP Education), to ensure you achieve your Level 5 Early Years Lead practitioner qualification.
The apprenticeship duration is approx 26 months, so please ensure you are willing to fully commit to this length of time. _(All coursework and assignments are submitted online, through a platform called Smart assessor. You will have regular monthly reviews with your line manager and allocated tutor, to ensure you're on track)._
