Accounts Administrator given autonomy to run the office and support the finance function with clerical accounts duties.


Client Details
Working for a well known Business services organisation.


Description
Fully responsible for the running of the office including: coordinating staff, managing petty cash, ensuring office is well equipped.


Accounting duties:
Purchase and sales ledger invoicing

Credit control

Month end duties, inc:
assisting with the monthly management accounts.


Profile
We are looking for someone to work on the Medway City Estate. Ideally you will be immediately available and have the skills to take on the duties as above.
