We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join a market leading first tier supplier into the aerospace industry.

Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running.

You will be involved in all aspects of manufacturing activity within the company.

With progressive training and development this company is always is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcomingteam of engineers.

The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.


Role Description

  • Raise order for consumable and improvement items
  • Support quality development with 8D activity
  • Introduction of new products design, tools
  • Plan and coordinate equipment movements and layouts using lean manufacturing
  • 8D Problem Solving
  • AutoCAD
  • Tool Design/Creation

Skills and Qualifications

  • Aerospace background (ideal)
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers
  • Manufacturing
