About the Role:

Baddow Village Surgery, an established, semi-rural, part-dispensing practice of 12,500 patients, is looking to recruit a positive and forward-thinking full-time reception supervisor to help build a dynamic reception team.

Our team is growing in number and we are undergoing a period of change, with a new telephony system and embedding care navigation skills to better serve our population's needs.

Job summary:

Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of all reception staff and associated functions, ensuring all functions are carried out in accordance with agreed procedures, protocols and time-scales, and reporting to the practice manager as necessary.

Promote a harmonious and professional atmosphere in this public facing role.

The successful applicant will have:
- excellent communication and IT skills

- the ability to support and lead with a positive and problem-solving attitude

Previous experience of primary care and knowledge of SystmOne and X-ON surgery connect is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right applicant.
