Job Title: Freelance Seasonal Activity Instructor

We are seeking a hard-working, professional, and self-driven individual with a passion for providing high-quality adventure experiences.

Torridon Outdoors is located on the shores of Upper Loch Torridon in the Northwest Highlands, offering breathtaking scenery for sea kayaking, hill walking, and mountain biking. Our freelance staff deliver core activities such as gorge scrambling, snorkelling, archery, and clay pigeon shooting.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading activities for residents and non-residents of the Torridon hotel. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be friendly, presentable, and enthusiastic, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in leading activities in prerequisite areas.

Key Qualifications:

• Summer Mountain Leader
• Sea Kayak Leader
• 2-Day Outdoor First Aid Course
• Archery qualification/experience
• Full UK driver's license
• Mountain bike leader and maintenance qualification (desirable)

This is a freelance only position offered for 2 days a week for 5 months (April - August). The appointed person will have the opportunity to showcase the area to our guests and add to their memories of their stay with us.
