I am looking to recruit an experienced sales professional, one in the South and the other in the North West areas.

Both of these positions are working for a Challenger Bank, and they are looking for those with experience of Middle Ticket.

Average deal sizes from £500k - £2million, ann targets of £18Million - £20 Million.

These are remote positions, you will have strongexperience within this level of lending, and this will be on the Broker side.

My client is looking for not only "Hunters" who are hungry and who can hit the ground running, but those who have connections to bring to the table.

You will need to have had long stays within each employer, as they are looking for stability and loyalty.

You will expect a salary of around £100k base + Bonus + car allowance + all other benefits. This is a great company to work for, offering a positive reputation within the industry.

My client is currently looking over CVs and booking people in for interview.
