Duties of the role are as follows:

Garden

  • Keep the garden furniture in good condition. Stain garden furniture twice a year, before Spring and after Summer
  • Garden, pool, tidying and sauna maintenance
  • Jet washing
  • Inspections
  • Run errands as directed by the HM, such as, drop and collect dry cleaning, food shopping, airport runs, etc

Cars

  • Keep the cars clean and check for service dates, MOT, petrol and oil needs
  • Make sure that the batteries on both cars are always charged
  • Keep the cars ready for use
  • Make sure that the cars are covered when not in use

House Interior

  • Check that all bulbs and all electrics are in good working condition
  • Check for small decoration or carpentry needs
  • Run TV's, projectors, and speakers regularly
  • Check that the fireplace is working in advance of colder seasons
  • Check that all machines are in good operative order at all times
  • Check the water PH levels
  • Know how to alter temperatures on the Menarga machine and pool/jacuzzi

Plant rooms

  • Make sure that all plant rooms are clean and tidy
  • Make sure to clean the Cube filters weekly, or as needed, for dead leaves and rubbish, especially during the autumn
  • Look for leaks, especially in the pool plant room
  • Identify any issues that may come up, such as new alarms, leaks or flooding
  • Make sure that all CCTV cameras are up and working

House systems

  • Able to work with the Creston system
  • Understand how tablets work for TVs, projectors, heating, AC, etc
  • Understand all house machines and be able to identify different alarms
  • Basic knowledge of the BMS system

Working hours
The employees normal working hours are 9.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, including rest breaks.


The employee may be required to work such additional hours, including at weekends or during public holidays, as may be necessary for the proper performance of their duties.

The employee is not eligible to receive any overtime pay but will be entitled to time off in lieu in respect of any work carried out by them outside of their working hours, to be taken at a time as agreed with the employer

Salary in the region of £50,000+ (Gross.)
