The School of Communication is seeking Associate Lecturers to contribute to the new MFA Communication and related electives.


Associate Lecturers (ALs) at the RCA contribute high quality, postgraduate teaching and tuition to complement and enhance core teaching delivery of Programmes across Schools and Directorates.

ALs bring leading industry expertise and specialism, often from diverse disciplines and sectors, ensuring students receive depth and diversity in their Programme learning, and multi-disciplinary input during their studies.

2 x 0.04FTE starting 11 Sept (Mondays and Wednesdays for 4 weeks)


Tutors are required for the _Communication and Interdisciplinarity_ unit that asks students to locate their practice in relation to emerging and shifting disciplines within or beyond communication.

2 x 0.04FTE starting 11 Oct (Wednesdays for 8 weeks)


Tutors are required for the _Digital Storytelling_ elective unit that explores approaches to storytelling in online and social media environments, and their extensions in the real world.

1 x 0.04FTE starting 15 Jan (Mondays for 8 weeks)


A tutor is required for the _Interventions_ elective unit that invites students to propose interventions in response to one or more of the UN's sustainability goals.

Contacts with relevant external organisations would be an advantage.

1 x 0.03FTE starting 17 Jan (Wednesdays for 6 weeks)


A tutor is required for the _Interventions_ core unit that invites students to propose interventions in response to one or more of the UN's sustainability goals.
