A new and exciting opportunity has arisen at Breeze Motor Group for a
Retail Service Advisorto join our
Breeze Van Centre Poole, however,flexibility is required depending on business needs across our other dealerships.

You will join us on a
full-time permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a
competitive salary plus benefits.

Hours:
Mon

Fri 8pm 6pm, Saturday 8pm 1pm (1 in 3 Saturday on a rota)

Responsibilities as our Retail
Service Advisor:

Proactively contact customers with progress of work updates.
Provide customer estimates according to company policy on schedules, time and pricing.
Notify customers promptly of the completion of work.
Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available.
Produce invoices of work carried out.
Upsell of various products.
Advise customers of necessary repairs.
To ensure all stock is kept securely and in good condition
Attend training courses to develop job related knowledge

What we are looking for in our Retail
Service Advisor:

Main dealer experience or have experience of such. Alternatively, a strong sales background would be beneficial as technical training will be given
Full clean Driving Licence
Possess good technical knowledge with ability to answer customer queries.
Computer skills essential.
Knowledge of CDK desirable, although training will be given.
Ability to use own initiative and multitask.
Possess exceptional organisational skills.
Team player
Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner
