As Lettings Administrator your role is to assist in the delivery of high quality property management, you would report into and work closely with our Portfolio Manager.
At Smart Investment and Management we treat every property as if it's our own, and every tenant and landlord as if it were our experience.
As a Lettings Administrator at Smart Investment & Management, your role would be diverse and varied, both desk and field based and centered around ensuring that our property portfolio is managed exceptionally.
Key skills required:
- Positive and friendly attitude at all times
- A confident and professional telephone manner at all times
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Conscientious with minute attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise
- Good organisational and multitasking skills and a real desire to 'get things done'
- Fully IT literate
Key Lettings Administrator responsibilities:
- Answering calls and dealing with enquiries
- Booking viewings for prospective tenants
- Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
- Conducting midterm inspections
- Ensure all prospective applicants/tenants are registered on the Street database
- Responding to queries in a timely manner
- Assisting with general administration in the office as required including other duties from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the business
The Details:
- Wednesdays and Fridays 8:4 17:30 (17:00 on a Friday)
- Saturdays 9:00 13:00
- You may be required to work some Bank Holidays on a rota basis
- 21 Hours Per week
