We have an opportunity for a PMO Coordinator to join our Portfolio Management Office (PMO) at Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK).

You will pay a key role in the PMO team which sits within the Business Process Change Management department which provides a wide range of important services to TMK including project and portfolio management, business analysis and project governance.

This role will help support the successful delivery of TMK's business initiatives.

You will have PMO, project and change management knowledge and be enthusiastic about learning new technology to support your role.

You will have experience gathering data, creating insights and translating those into meaningful presentations to a wide range of stakeholders.

You are able to work independently, understanding complex problems and researching potential solutions for discuss while successfully managing your time and prioritizing your work daily.

You will enjoy both seeing things holistically while also having great attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support PMO governance activities including PMO meetings and monitoring projects
  • Develop, review and update PMO and project documentation
  • Provide team training
  • Identify process optimization opportunities
  • Support management of key performance and risk indicators
  • Manage project management systems and governance
  • Support PMO reporting for portfolio, program, projects and financial reporting
  • Manage notes, actions and follow up for team meetings
  • Work closely with PMO Analysts to align and standardize activities to support the PMO and project teams with optimized processes and tools
  • Develop trusted relationships across the organization
