FINANCE & TREASURY MODELLING MANAGER

UP TO £75,000 + PENSION + BONUS

WEST LONDON / REMOTE
A specialist mortgage lender is looking to add a hardworking, driven modelling manager to their team. The role will manage the cash management and analytics sub-team within product control. The role sits between the treasury and finance functions.

THE ROLE


The role is a finance and treasury modelling manager position which will sit in the Treasury team and work very closely with the FP&A team as both collaborate to produce financial models for the business.

You can expect to be involved but not limited to the following day to day:

  • Manage two analysts in the cash management and swap management sub-team
  • Oversee the cash management and swap management day to day BAU work and mentor the analysts
  • Take ownership of all modelling processes i.e. business planning models, forecasting models, portfolio evaluation models, NPV models, IRR models, discounted cash flow models
  • Hands on building models using excel
  • Monitor the models and make sure governance is in line

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in treasury is desirable
  • Experience building a financial model is a necessity
  • Experience in NPV, IRR or portfolio evaluation modelling is ideal
  • Experience working on mortgages is desirable
  • Very strong Excel skills needed
