Primary responsibilities will be:
- Handling all incoming telephone calls
- Greet and sign in all visitors accordingly ensuring Health & Safety policies are always maintained
- Perform routine administrative tasks (including dealing with incoming and outgoing post, filing, scanning, and booking couriers etc.)
- Perform routine office tasks (including dealing with refreshments and ensuring all facilities are always replenished)
- Produce quotations, production job tickets and invoices in an accurate and timely manner
- Contribute to credit control activities as required
- Liaise with and support various Management Teams
- Participate in team meetings and follow through actions/projects
- Maintain the CRM with notes and updates
- Responsible for the daytoday administration of a portfolio of contracts / clients
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Follow up on quotations with the customers to convert into business
- Ensure that we are achieving and exceeding the required 'service level' and therefore the customer's expectations.
The role will also include managing from inception to completion Direct Mail and Fulfilment campaigns, whilst liaising with the relevant departments, departmental managers and third-party suppliers where applicable to ensure each mailing is completed to our high standard and despatched on time and within budget.
A 'can-do' attitude and an upbeat personality are required to fit in with our company ethos.
Who we want
Romax would like a motivated individual with an exceptional level of an administrative background with preferably a Direct Mail and Print industry knowledge, however this is not essential.
Key Skills required:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Demonstrable communication both written and oral
- Time management and ability to multitask
- A minimum of 12 months administrative experience
IT skills required:
- Microsoft Outlook 2010
- Microsoft Word 2010
- Microsoft Excel 2010
- Microsoft 36
- Powerpoint 2010
Experience in the following would be an advantage:
- Sales experience and customer management
- Knowledge of postal services and DSA providers
- Knowledge of data driven communication channels
Job Types:

£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
