If you're an Investment Administrator or have experience working in an IFA or Investment Admin experience and are looking for the next step up, then look no further.

This fantastic growing reputable IFA firm who are looking for an Investment Administrator to join their Leeds office or ideally has experience working in IFAs with knowledge/familiarity with platform systems (Aviva, Quilter, etc) and research tools (FE analytics).

In this hybrid role you'll act as the bridge between front and back office, arranging quarterly Investment Committee meetings ensuring all relevant information is collated.

You will be key in preparing quarterly communication to clients and liaising withthe Operations teams. Additionally, amending clients' portfolios to make sure they are up to date and accurate

To be considered for this role, ultimately, you need to be accurate, organised, be able to communicate effectively with other team members and you must be computer literate (Excel etc.).

Basic salary is £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience with an excellent benefits package.
