PRICING STRATEGY MANAGER

£70,000

LONDON

THE COMPANY
This role is with an exciting credit start-up who have grown rapidly and is continuing to expand. They are seeking a Pricing Strategy Manager to work across existing and upcoming lending strategies and drive commercial insight.

This is an exciting opportunityto join a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you can have true ownership over your work.


THE ROLE
This role centers on 2nd line pricing strategy, involving:

  • Using analytics and broader data analysis to develop loan strategies for existing customers
  • Using scorecards to drive lending and commercial strategy
  • Lead pricing strategy and assess the impact of new lending and affordability
  • Design tests on accept and decline decisions, with the opportunity to drive strategy within this
  • Mentor and manage the wider team in addition to stakeholder engagement

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Prior experience in working on credit risk strategy, ideally in lending and pricing
  • Knowledge of lending processes and procedures
  • A background in banking or financial services
  • A commercially driven mindset and strong communication skills

SALARY AND BENEFITS

  • Up to £70,000 base salary
